of me HENRY WITT of 227 Rotherhithe St S.E. I direct that all my just debts funeral
and testamentary expenses be paid and discharged by my executrix hereinafter named as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath all my household fur-
niture plate linen china books pictures wearing apparel and other effects and also all
sum and sums of money which may be due owing or belonging to me at my decease or which
may be invested in or upon any stocks funds or other securities And also all other my
estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal and whether in
possession reversion or expectancy unto my dear wife Elizabeth Ann Witt her executors ad-
ministrators and assigns absolutely to and for her and their own use and benefit And I
nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole EXECUTRIX of this my will and I hereby
revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my
last will and testament IN WITNESS whereof I the said Henry Witt have to this my last
will and testament set my hand the 13th day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and ninety-five    -    HENRY WITT    -     Signed and declared by the
said Henry Witt the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of
us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all being pre-

Witt widow the sole executrix.

Rotherhithe Street Rotherhithe in

the county of Surrey

died on the  22nd  day of  July    1899

at 227 Rotherhithe Street aforesaid

            AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written
the last Will and Testament

of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate
Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of
all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative
of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Elizabeth
