This is the last Will and Testament

of me Lavender Hagger of Kelshall in the County of Hertford Shopkeeper

I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Hagger the weekly Sum of four

shillings which I direct my daughter Mary Hagger to pay to him weekly and

every week during his natural life and I charge my residuary personal

estate thereinafter bequeathed to her with the payment thereof I give and

bequeath the following legacies that is to say to my grandson Lavender

Hagger twenty pounds to my grandson Thomas Hagger fifteen pounds

to my grandson William Hagger fifteen pounds to my grand daughter

Elizabeth Hester Hagger fifteen pounds to my grand daughter Naomi

Hagger fifty pounds to my grand daughter Rebecca Hagger fifty pounds to

my grandson John Hagger twenty pounds to my grand daughter Winifred

Hagger twenty pounds and to my grand daughter Martha Hagger twenty

pounds all which said legacies shall be paid at the end of twelve months

after my decease to such of the said legatees as shall then have attained their

respective ages of twenty one years and such of the said legatees as shall

then be under the age of twenty one years when and as soon as they respec-

tively attain that age and subject to the payment of the aforesaid legacies and

of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give and

bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my property estate and effects of every

sort and kind to my daughter Mary Hagger and I appoint her sole

Executrix of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me

made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness

whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of September one

thousand eight hundred and fifty  -----  Lavender Hagger  -----  Signed

published and declared by the said Lavender Hagger the testator as and for

his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who present together at

the same time in his presence at his request and in the presence of each

other hereunto subscribe our names as Witnesses  ---  John Routledge

Proved at London the 31st August 1853 before the Worshipful William

Robinson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Mary Hagger Spinster

the daughter the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been

first sworn duly to administer
