[8816] Notes: Mary May HAGGAR became a nun of the French order La Sagesse. She was captured by the Germans in 1940, and sent to an interment camp at Vittel in the Vosges region. Repratriated in 1944, she went back to her convent at St Annes, near Blackpool, where she died in 1980, aged 78 years (information supplied by Tony Parker).
