Notes: When Jane registered the birth of her son, she said the father
was George PRACY, and that she was Jane PRACY, his wife. The last part
was plainly untrue, because she never married any George PRACY, and was a spinster
when she married John Firman COCKERTON. But the father of her son probably
was George PRACY, who was almost certainly George
Philip PRACY.
