[11649] Source: Online IGI at www.familysearch.org. Thomas & Mary SPOKES may have had more children after the youngest shown here, Anne (in 1721). Another Thomas SPOKES (possibly the same one, if his wife had died, or maybe their son) married Mary HEAD at Wantage in 1723, and it is not possible to know which Thomas & Mary were parents of children baptised at Wantage from 1723 onwards.

[10625] Notes: On 19th March 1834, when the ship Samuel Robertson arrived in New York on its journey from London, England, among the 106 passengers aboard, was the MATTHEWS family, comprising Ann 48, the mother, and her children, William 21, John 18, Ephraim 14, Ann 12, Eliza 6, and Caroline 4. The father of the chidren, and husband of Ann, Ephraim MATTHEWS senior, was not with the family, but had presumably made the journey at an earlier date, in order to pave the way for his family's arrival.
